Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  1. Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  2. Return and Exchange will be reviewed and processed based on case-by-case basis with the following reasons:
    • Received wrong items
    • Incomplete order
    • Received damaged / defective Items

    The Company's decision is final in each and any exchange or return requests.

    Please note that:

    • The item(s) returned must be in their original condition and the original packaging or else will be duly declined.
    • Exchange is only allowed for the same item.
    • Customers should ensure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. The Company will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

  4. You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
  5. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our company confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  6. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our company receiving your item.
